How do I pay rent

Rent is due on the first day of each month. There is NO grace period. Please sign up on our portal to arrange payment electronically.

What utilities are covered?

Gas and trash are included. Resident are responsible for electricity, water and sewage fee as well as cable/internet.

Is parking included in the rent? Is there guest parking availiable?

Yes, One carlift parking space is included per unit please refer to house rule and move-in letter for detail. Additional parking spaces are $140 per month, subject to availability. Only street parking is available for guests.

Are pets allowed? Is there pet rent?

Pets 30lbs and under are accepted. Currently, there is a $50.00 monthly fee for pet rent and only a $300 deposit per pet. Terms and condition may be subject to change without notice.

How are maintenance requests handled?

Please submit all maintenance requests via your tenant portal.

What amenities does the building have?

Courtyard with a fenced dog run, and putting green. The fitness room, and a package room are at the lobby.

How to activate the intercom system so that visitors or delivery people can call from outside the building?

-Download from the appstore "FirstKeeper" onto your cell phone.

-Create an account on "FirstKeeper" with your registered email address.

-Allow the app to do everything e.g. manage the calls etc.

-Once the app is installed, a visitor can "call" you from the Intercom next to the front lobby door by typing in your unit number.

-The convention is xxx, where xxx is the unit number.

-For those unit with multiple tenants, the convention is xxxz where z is 1, 2, 3 depending on the number of tenants.

-For instance, if your unit is 138, the number your visitor/delivery should dial is 138. They can also "call" other tenants with 1381 or 1382 directly

-When the correct number is entered into the Intercom, the firstkeeper app you installed on your phone will ring.

-Answer the ring as you would answer any call to your phone, you can start talking to the visitor.

-Should you decide to let the person in, push the "Open Door" button, the leftmost button on the first row of icons.

-That would release the lock, and your visitor can get in.

Can I mount a TV on the wall

Yes. A flat screen TV's upto 65 inches can be mounted on the wall. Make sure you find a wall stud to screw on the mount. You are expected to restore the wall to the condiiton it was in upon move out.

When are deposits returned?

Deposits are returned within 21 days of your move-out date.

How fast is the internet?

Comcast and WaveG currently provide plans for up to 1 Gbps.

How are packages handled

It depends on the courier. Some couriers deliver to your door, while some drop them off at the package room

What if I lost my key after business hours?

Securing your key is your responsibility. You can call yourself from the intercom located just outside the main lobby and open the front door. Each unit door can be open with a 4 digit code.
